The design/build process can be a very intimidating venture, but as our clients found out, with Eagle it can and will be an enjoyable one. This home is just over 1,900 square feet and boasts upgraded finishes throughout, such as hardwood, stain grade millwork, a roll in tile shower, vaulted ceilings, real wood cabinets, granite counter tops and more. When we were contacted by these clients they were struggling to find a builder who would provide a fixed price design/build bid for under $200 per square foot. Not only did we meet and exceed our client’s expectations, we brought this project in on schedule (less than 5 months) and including the septic system our bid price was under $135 per square foot.
